This client had a great back yard with an existing deck - but wanted a screened in porch area as well. We added a new roof line that tied into the main roof, new support posts for the screened in porch, and vaulted the ceiling inside the new addition. Custom ropework on the railings, shiplap on exterior house wall, and a large ceiling fan really gave the new screened in porch the Annapolis nautical theme.
