I also live out of state, tenants reported a leak and the rest was history However, in addition my washer/dryer also went out and Mac went out and purchased the appropriate units to replace, worked with the HOA to recent the dryer, removed the existing cabinets and just got the job done. FYI, he bought the units with his own money and I reimbursed him......the guy had never even met me! Anyway, I wish I could bring him to Florida to rehab my next project"

"I help to manage my elderly parents' rental property, and in so doing, heard about Great Eastern Properties. I began working with Mac directly on some exterior work that needed to be done in a hurry in order to meet inspection. I talked to him on a Wednesday and that Saturday he had his crew out there getting all the work done, which was rather extensive. He and his crew did a really quality job and went above and beyond! He got a team down there, coordinating the dry wall rip out, mold remediation, multiple Plummer trips, re-drywall and painting.
