These clients had tons of yard space - but wanted a covered and screened porch system they could use year round. Great Eastern handled the full design and build of this project and coordinated all permits with the county as well. We installed a new outswing french door for access from the house and installed Trex decking on the porch system. The trusses were set with recessed lights run in the new porch and wiring was run for floor outlets and wall mounted Infratech heaters to warm the space in the winter. Trex railings were installed with black pickets to help blend in and limit sightlines and a custom screen system was installed on the exterior. The ceiling was finished off with a coffered design and oversized fan in the center. Project turned out beautiful and the clients love their new space!
