This unfinished basement in the city of Gaithersburg had all the potential to add significant usable square footage to this property. We helped these clients design an optimal floor plan and build out the basement to create a new bedroom, full bathroom, storage area / office, and full den / playroom for the kids. Upgraded carpet and padding was ideal for the little ones and a custom built in shelving system should help keep those toys organized as well.
