This sunroom addition on the water in Annapolis turned out beautiful. Permit application and grading / forestation guidelines are a bit more complicated when dealing with waterfront properties but we take care of all of that. New trex decking, upgraded windows and sliding doors that helped bring in as much light and views as possible, and a custom herringbone tile flooring pattern really gave this room a great appearance. The client's even said its their new favorite room in the house!
