These owners have a beautiful waterfront view - but wanted some privacy along with the option to close off this porch in the winter. A new vinyl mesh screen system was custom designed to change this porch into a 3 season room concept. We rebuilt the structural base and framing in full and vaulted the ceiling and wrapped it in shiplap. We added recessed lighting, and an Infratech heater unit to keep this porch toasty in the winter. This vinyl mesh screen system is tinted on the exterior so no one can see in - but doesnt limit the views out in any way. The vinyl mesh windows can go up, down, or come completely out to turn the area back into a full screened porch again. A bar makeover with new hardieplank siding and a new Quartz top helped finish the project off and make an already amazing happy hour spot that much better.
