This was your standard split foyer in Annapolis MD. Closed off kitchen with load bearing walls that made the rooms and overall first floor feel much smaller than it really is. We constructed a temporary wall in order to take out the existing kitchen walls and set an LVL beam up in the rafters and open entire first floor up. Custom cabinets and counters made for a beautiful new kitchen with the open concept.
