This owner was stationed overseas but wanted to remodel his kitchen and upgrade the exterior appearance at his rental property here in MD. Opening up a wall into the kitchen made the space feel much larger - and created a usable breakfast bar as well. Upgraded cabinets, appliances, and fixtures helped bring this kitchen out of the 1970's. A new concrete walkway and new paved driveway created the curb appeal needed as well and helped this owner secure new tenants for a long term lease.
