This remodel in Rockville was on the 12th Floor of The Wisconsin condominium building. As you can imagine full demolition and removal of kitchen cabinets, appliances, and 2 bathrooms was a fun job when you are working on the 12th floor. Not to mention installing new cabinets, appliances, and countertops as well. We worked seamlessly with the HOA and building maintenance to ensure all guidelines and restrictions were met. The finished product turned out beautiful and helped this owner get a much higher rent amount on their investment property.
