This historic downtown Annapolis project showed some real potential but needed serious upgrades from the 1925 construction plan. The property required a full gut and resulted in all new mechanicals, electrical runs, and plumbing lines. We removed load bearing walls, ran duct lines and HVAC throughout the house after removing the old radiators, replaced all windows, upgraded bathrooms and kitchen, and finished off the 3rd floor attic space with plans for a future bathroom up there as well. The original heart of pine flooring came out beautiful with a refinishing to help keep that historic charm as well.
