Full Remodel - Historic Annapolis

This owner was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.  The client was an interior designer with a vision to transform this small townhouse into something modern and elegant.

We installed a new outswing Marvin brand French door on the rear of the house along with new siding and new black gutters.  A full kitchen remodel with custom cabinets and openingup the walls between the rooms. We added silestone counters and a very cool rustic brick backsplash that wrapped the kitchen walls.  The kitchen floor was finished off with white oak laid in a herringbone pattern and stained on site.  The upstairs square footage was tight - so we created new closets hidden with jib doors and custom wallpaper.

We eliminated 2 other closets to create a new master bathroom that featured a jet black tub inside the shower area to maximize space.  The wet room concept was furnished with gold fixtures and oversized 2x4 tiles on all the walls. The finishes and fixtures were beautiful on this project and really changed around this 120 year old home.
