This large renovation involved relocating the kitchen to a new room, converting the old kitchen to a laundry room / mud room. Installing new hardwood floors throughout the house, full house paint, renovating 3 bathrooms, and reframing the top floor to create a new bedroom. The old kitchen was small and dated and needed upgrades to boost resale value for a house of this size. We created an open concept kitchen that tied in with a sunken dining room nearby. The waterfall countertop design on the island really provided a nice finished look.
