This guest bathroom in Federal Hill was in serious need of upgrading. They havent made tubs in that color pink in decades! The bathroom was adjacent to a laundry room that was taking up crucial space that would make the bathroom feel much larger. We reframed the laundry room to hold a stackable washer / dryer and add about 5 more feet of usable space to this bathroom. New tile, tub, vanity, and fixtures throughout made the new bathroom look great - and the addition of a skylight above provided natural light as well.
