These clients wanted to make use of their unfinished attic, but the space was tight and pull-down stairs were not a viable option. Our team was able to create a floating staircase with hidden stringers and stained red oak treads. We added a ductless HVAC system to the attic area, shiplap ceilings, recessed lighting, and skylights to really brighten up the space. The clients were thrilled with the newly added living space we were able to introduce from the unused storage area.
